2k540 Aki-Oka Artisan, which is located beneath the elevated railway tracks between JR Akihabara Station and Okachimachi Station, had its grand opening on September 29, 2011. A special event for foreign visitors will be held over three months at this “town” full of fashion and general goods overflowing with the personalities of their creators.

During the event, all tenant shops will offer 5% off their products to people who show their foreign passport (excluding some products). A number of limited-time products on the theme of Tokyo will also be on sale.
