The Yes!Tokyo Festa in 2k540 transmits Tokyo’s manufacturing to the entire world.

Transmitting the charm of Japan to overseas countries

2k540 Aki-Oka Artisan, which is located beneath the elevated railway tracks between JR Akihabara Station and Okachimachi Station, had its grand opening on September 29, 2011. A special event for foreign visitors will be held over three months at this “town” full of fashion and general goods overflowing with the personalities of their creators.

During the event, all tenant shops will offer 5% off their products to people who show their foreign passport (excluding some products). A number of limited-time products on the theme of Tokyo will also be on sale. A special week entitled Tokyo Artisan’s Week will also be held, featuring hands-on workshops and demonstrations by manufacturing artisans. While not come visit this event that is sure to be fascinating to Japanese people as well?

What is 2k540 Aki-Oka Artisan?
