Taito City Edo Shitamachi Traditional Craft Museum

Traditional crafts, which serve to enrich the heart, feature a warmth and feeling that mass produced goods do not possess. Many craftsmen in the Shitamachi (old downtown area) still use traditional techniques, and it’s possible to visit and experience the workshops of some of these craftsmen. The Edo Shitamachi Traditional Craft Museum introduces such carefully made traditional crafts. Performances are also held on the weekend.
