It only takes 35 seconds in the designated elevator to get from the B1 to the 60th floor. At 251 meters above sea level, this observatory features 360-degree panoramic views. On clear days, you can see all the way to Mt. Tsukuba, the Nikko Mountains, and Mt. Fuji rising above the foot of Mt. Tanzawa. When the neon lights go on at night the atmosphere becomes different from during the day, and you can see the groups of brilliantly illuminated skyscrapers towards Shinjuku.
The Sky Deck, an open-air rooftop, is open mainly on weekends and holidays. From there, you can enjoy the pleasant breezes while taking in splendid views that can’t be experienced from inside.
