はじめに用意するもの

  • 'Kimono bra' or sport bra
  • Cosmetic lingerie (tank top and legging will do when wearing a dark colored yukata.)
  • Controlling pad or two face-towels (with 1 lace or a 'koshihimo' sash to tie the towels.)
  • 'Koshihimo' sash
  • 'Kimono belt' (or another 'koshihimo' sash.)
  • 'Datejime’ (waistband)
  • 'Han-haba obi (half-width 'obi') or 'yukuata obi'
  • 'Ushiro-ita' (obi pad for the back)
  • Hand towel
