The Studio Promenade on the 5th floor and the Spherical Observatory on the 25th floor are open to the public. In the Spherical Observatory you can participate in mock TV broadcast.

Funenokagakukan

A comprehensive museum about ships and maritime affairs. There are several interactive displays. There is an observatory at the top of the building.
